Perfectly nice place to stay in Georgetown (comfy beds, big rooms lovely bathroom etc) but the staff were unfriendly and the included breakfast was pretty lackluster

From the owner to the staff I felt welcomed. I loved the atmosphere and the delicious breakfasts. I would definitely recommend to others. The WIFI connection was good especially traveling with young adults and even for myself we never missed a beat. The location was nice and centrally located in Georgetown making our short trips easily accessible.

I had the pleasure of seeing five different rooms in this hotel and staying in three, as between our trips into the interior, my dad, sister and I kept getting rearranged. I liked all of them! The mini-splits are new and very effective at cooling, the beds are comfortable, the decor is nicely matching, and the largest room even has a kitchenette with a dining table! Very impressive for $115/night, and the smaller rooms are only $79. The only two minor knocks are that one of the desk staff was rude (an exception, all the rest were wonderful and very helpful) and they can be sticklers for when you can start eating breakfast which can be tough if you're trying to make it to a tour in the morning. The breakfast food itself is very good! Better and more interesting than any hotel in this price range in the U.S. by far. Overall a biiiig thumbs up; best value for money I have EVER experienced at a hotel! Keep on trucking El Dorado 🏨

This Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable, Home away from home. Going back Next year. We felt very safe and healthy and comfortable. Food was great. Keep up the good work.
